Product Description
AeroClean F30 is a drone-mounted insulator water cleaning system designed for DJI FlyCart 30, built for remote cleaning of transmission-line insulators and other high-altitude power maintenance tasks. With 10MPa water pressure, 10L/min flow rate, a 35L water tank, and up to 10m spray distance, it helps remove surface contamination from insulator strings and reduce the risk of pollution flashover and power-line faults.

Cleaning operations must be carried out strictly in accordance with local power authority safety requirements.
Due to FC30 payload limitations, the maximum water load is 20 L for single-battery flight and 10 L for dual-battery flight.
Product Details
AeroClean F30 combines UAV mobility, high-pressure water cleaning, laser ranging, and adjustable nozzle control into one aerial cleaning payload. The system is powered by the FlyCart 30 drone battery and supports PSDK control, allowing operators to manage pump operation, nozzle direction, laser ranging, and nozzle centering through the remote controller interface.
Equipped with a foldable spray rod, large-capacity water tank, 0–30m laser ranging, and a multi-direction adjustable nozzle, AeroClean F30 helps operators clean insulator surfaces from a safer distance without direct manual access. It is suitable for regular insulator surface washing with purified water (conductivity: 0), helping improve cleaning efficiency and support safer power grid operation.

Equipped with a 35L water tank to support aerial cleaning operations, with actual water load adjusted according to FlyCart 30 payload and flight requirements.
- Up to 10m Spray Distance:
The water jet can reach up to 10m, allowing operators to clean insulators from a safer distance during high-altitude or power-line maintenance tasks.
- Laser Ranging & Laser Aiming:
Built-in laser ranging supports 0–30m distance measurement, helping operators judge the cleaning distance and aim at target insulator areas more accurately.
- Adjustable Nozzle Control:
The nozzle supports up/down/left/right adjustment, ±25° multi-angle spraying, one-key centering, and replaceable nozzle design for flexible cleaning angles.
- Drone-Powered Pump:
The water pump is powered by the FlyCart 30 drone battery, reducing the need for an additional external power supply during aerial cleaning operations.
- PSDK Control:
Supports APP-based operation through PSDK , enabling pump control, nozzle direction control, nozzle centering, and laser ranging operation.
- Foldable Spray Rod Structure:
The spray rod supports folding, making the system more convenient for transportation, field deployment, and storage.
- Safer Remote Insulator Cleaning:
By using a UAV-based cleaning method, AeroClean F30 helps reduce manual climbing, close-range high-altitude work, and operation risks in power-line maintenance.
