The survey area extends meanderingly with the river, long from north to south and narrow from east to west, with a length of about 80km and a bandwidth ranging from
100m to 600m. The survey area has high mountains and steep slopes, long gorges and deep valleys, complex topography and geomorphology, high in the north and l
ow in the south. It belongs to the monsoon climate in the cold temperate zone, with an average altitude of 3400m, a maximum altitude difference of about 1800m,
and strong winds all year round. There are a number of villages built along the banks of the river and mountains in the survey area. The houses stand on the cliffs,
the houses are connected in rows, and the side walls are connected.
According to the complex situation of the survey area and the project requirements, the project personnel formulated a solution of UAV oblique photography
combined with handheld mobile scanning. The oblique photography selected D2000S UAV to mount the D-OP3000 oblique photography module to obtain
villages from the air . The global status of the project; the SLAM100 handheld lidar scanner is selected for mobile scanning, which is used to obtain
the structure of the side of the building, under the eaves, and the sheltered area from the ground.
The communication signal in the survey area is extremely unstable, so the "one base station + multiple rover stations" operation mode is adopted, and the existing
D-level GNSS control points in the survey area are used for calibration to establish a project reference benchmark. Affected by the occlusion of the mountain and
the shape of the survey area, the base station needs to be set up in an open area on the top of the mountain to ensure the stability of the radio signal transmission.
According to the principle of "focusing on building areas", the resolution of the global tilt data is 4cm, and the resolution of the residential area tilt data is 2cm. The UAV flight adopts the precise terrain following method to obtain data. The biggest challenge during the flight comes from the valley wind, whose instantaneous wind speed can reach 14m/s, which puts extremely high requirements on the stability and wind resistance of the aircraft.
