    Agility A1 Robotic Arm

    Fully Open-Source • Human-Level Dexterity • Contact-Rich Ready


    Agility A1 is a fully open-source humanoid robot arm designed for advanced physical-AI research and real-world deployment. 

    Fully open-source from hardware design to software stack — including mechanical CAD files, PCB schematics, firmware source code, and PC control software. This greatly reduces users' development barriers and costs.


    Each arm offers 7 degrees of freedom, 633 mm reach, 5.5 kg weight, and up to 6 kg peak payload, with high-speed 1 kHz CAN-FD control for precise, responsive motion. 

    The motor system combines DAMIAO 43-series and 8009P motors, with cross-roller bearings for rigidity and precision, while the DAMIAO 4340 series delivers high payload capacity in a clean, compact form. 

    Complete CAD models, firmware, control code, and simulation tools are openly available, enabling rapid customization and development. 


    With smooth teleoperation, real-time gravity compensation, and compliant, backdrivable joints, Agility A1 provides dexterous, powerful, and safe interaction for contact-intensive environments.

    Optional Exoskeleton Wearable Arm:
    The ExoArm-7 Exoskeleton Teleoperation Arm is designed for seamless compatibility with the OpenArm robotic arm, offering intuitive, low-latency remote control and natural motion synchronization. This wearable exoskeleton system employs drive-by-wire technology, enabling operators to control robotic arms in real time by mimicking human arm movements. Once worn, every movement of the user is precisely mapped to the robotic arm, allowing for natural, intuitive, and efficient control through an electronic signal-based system.
